Anonymous Git Access Became Slow

Dear all,

I noticed today (Nov.17, 2016) at around 11:45 pm the git://anongit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/XXXXX became slow. Maybe the downloading volume increased recently?

What dos 'slow' mean? Does it work again now? I just tried it and it
doesn't seem slow to me (maxes out the connection I'm on right now).

It is back to normal. Yesterday and days before, it would stuck at "git clone git://anongit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/xxxxx" for minutes.
