Bad playback of MKV in WMP

Hello,

My MKV file, recorded by gstreamer,  is played wrong in windows media player.

And subtitles also not recognized.

Can you help me please to fix it?

What kind of information you need from me?

How did you create the MKV file, what codecs, what settings, ...? Are
you sure WMP supports this configuration? Does it e.g. work in other
places, like VLC or anything GStreamer based?

Hello,

MKV is created by gstreamer.
  video: appsrc ! 'video/x-raw-rgb,width=800,height=600,framerate=24/1' ! jpegenc ! matroskamux ! filesink
  subtitles: appsrc ! '"text/x-raw' ! matroskamux ! filesink

I have no idea, what WMP supports. How to check?

This file is perfectly played in VLC and Media Player Classic.
