This is a last resort fallback in case upstream is down. We don't mirror OpenSSL as their server is not very often down. If you see this you probably have more traces of failed attempt to the upstreaming location.

Thanks for letting us know. Next time please file a bug in bugzilla.

The problem is that openssl moves the tarballs to a different location
on the server once a new version out, which is a bit suboptimal.

I've now added the tarball to the mirror as well.
