Bypass the decodebin in Gnonlin

Andoni Morales
I'm actually using GNonlin to split and merge segments from a file
into another file. The problem is that the gnlfilesource and the
gnlcomposition element outputs a raw stream (which is perfect for
almost all purposes)  and thus some re-encoding is needed. I think It
would be a great idea to have a Property that lets you bypass the
decodebin element, this way you can use GStreamer as a very fast
splitter and merger like avidemux2.

gnlfilesource is a convenience GNonLin element. You can put anything
you want into a gnlsource (like just filesrc and demuxer (and maybe
parser)) and it will work as expected. Some people reported it working
for doing decode-less h264 cutting.
