Can't get local webcam video

Hi,
I'm trying to get local webcam video on Ubuntu Netbook Remix with Gstreamer 0.10.24 but I can't, I get this error. I don't know hot to solve it. Any idea is very much appreciated. Maybe using v4l2src with option device=/dev/video0 would help.

Thanks for your reply, Michael, but my webcam seems not to be compatible with the v4l2src plugin as format cannot be negotiated.
