Couple of error message when recording to MP3.

Hello,

I have this rec-applet application which I now prepare for the upcoming
Ubuntu 10.10.10 release.

Rec-applet uses GStreamer pipeline to record audio to various
audio-formats like ogg, mp3 and wav. When recording to MP3-format it
outputs couple of CRITICAL error messages. Other audio formats do not
output these messages.

The saved MP3 file plays well and OK. No problem with that. The messages
are here:

Rec-applet gets the pipeline from GNOME's GConf registry.
