Decklink Videosink Keying

Hi,

I have a patch to decklinkvideosink (1.10) which enables enable the keyer built in to many of the Blackmagic Decklink cards which I use on my systems.  I submitted a previous version to Bugzilla but received no interest, I should be able to update this to Master if anyone can help me test (I only have a small collection of cards and can only test on Linux).

The original bug was here: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=773660.  Should I update it with the new patches once I've created them?
