Dependencies of voaacenc ?

Hello,

 

I am compiling gst-plugins-bad-1.14.0 from source on a Ubuntu 16.04 LTS machine.

 

I want to use AAC but when I use ./configure –enable-voaacenc it shows up in the list of plugins that will not be built because dependencies are not met.

 

Can someone tell me what are the dependencies needed to build voaacenc?
