Directshow output

Is there a means of running gstreamer to produce a directshow output or other suitable virtual camera device?  I need to take an H264 stream into a PC and convert it into a virtual camera.  Can anyone help?

There's some directshow plugins for capture and render, but you'll
have to build them yourself. I've never tried to use them:
