Encoded_Date mpegtsmux

Is there a way to output the encoded date and/or the Tagged Date in mpegtsmux? As it happens in mp4mux.

I dont think there is any such field in mpegtsmux. However, there are some alternates
1. Send TDT. This will tell the current date and time
2. Send EIT which will have program information(EPG)
