Error received from element uridecodebin0: No URI handler implemented for \"rtsp\"

I am trying to use playbin to steam a video in iOS App. I am getting the
below error :

Error received from element uridecodebin0: No URI handler implemented for
\"rtsp\"

Any ideas on how to solve the above error???

It is working for me  on Both 1.14.2 and 1.14.4.

pipeline???
