Hi,
I've testing the x264 encoder plugin in Windows (gst-plugins-bad 0.10.10) and I always get an error complaining about no ratecontrol method specified.
The pipeline used is:
gst-launch-0.10.exe -v videotestsrc ! x264enc ! avimux ! filesink location=t.avi
And the error:
