As you might know, a few people of FFmpeg and MPlayer met at
FOSDEM last weekend. And once again, the prospects of a video coding
conference, to bring together all the developers of the video coding
community, to talk and discuss the things that matter most to us...
and drink beer together ;-)
>From what we've discussed during FOSDEM, we thought it might best
to have the meeting this summer (probably august) in central europe
(probably germany).
The current plan is to have at least food and accommodation sponsored
(there should be enough companies using FFmpeg/MPlayer to get that done)
and if possible part of the travel expenses too.
To have some data to plan with, we'd like to ask everyone who might
join us to tell us when you would have time and from which country/region
you'd be comming from and of which project you are a member of.
