plugins bad failed to update, but for flac I do not think this has an
impact.

Repeating my test results in exactly the same error, the file will not
stream.

If the head of the head of the flac file looks reasonable, then I will
submit a bug.

This should be fixed in -good git now (or if you use flacparse from
-bad). Next time you run into a problem like this, please file a bug in
bugzilla so we don't forget about it, thanks!
