GStreamer 1.14.5 old-stable bug fix release

The GStreamer team announces another bug fix release in the old-stable
1.14 release series.

This release only contains bug fixes and it should be safe to upgrade
from 1.14.x.

The 1.14 series has now been superseded by the new stable 1.16 series,
and we recommend you upgrade at your earliest convenience.

Binaries for Android, iOS, Mac OS X and Windows will be provided in due
course, and cerbero will be tagged once those have all been built
successfully.
