I have a question regarding the gstreamer spectrum plugin.
I have an audio source for which I'd like to know if it's in phase or
not; This is related with stereo to mono compatibility and phase
cancellation ->
http://www.audiocourses.com/article1664.htmlWhile testing the plugin, I noticed that we get that information for
each of the bands we asked for. Like that, I can know if a specific band
is in phase or not, but what about the stereo signal(all involved bands)?
I tried calculating an average of all bands, but this didn't reproduced
what I was after.
Maybe the correct question would actually be, what does the returned
values for message.structure['phase'] mean/stand for?
Best Regards,
