Getting the chapters in a MKV file

I have a playbin that I am playing an MKV file successfully in, using
the clutter-gst wrapper in C.

I'm wondering how to check and see if the MKV files has chapters. I
think this maps to GstSegments, but I can't seem to see how to get
either the segment count or to get a reference to the segments.

Any hints would be appreciated.

That's not implemented yet. We haven't really found / settled on the
right API for that kind of thing yet. See e.g.
