Google Talk = Open Source?

Google Talk = Open Source?

Does anyone know if the Google Talk (Video) application on Nokia N8x0 internet tablets are Open Source?  Or is the source somewhere out there for looking and learning?  If someone knows please let me know and please include the URL for the code.  I am really wondering how they are doing capturing from the camera and streaming the video out across the internet.  Thanks.
