Gstreamer build fails on debian 8

Hi,

Gnome jhbuild fails for gstreamer module with following error message.

If so, could you try with gobject-introspection from jhbuild?

Discussion on IRC suggests it might be a problem with a too-old g-i
version here, and if that's the case we may have to bump the
requirement.

As a workaround, there's also a disable_introspection option.
