Has anyone received RTP stream from VLC to Gstreamer

Hi all,
 Has anyone succeeded in receiving RTP streams from VLC to Gstreamer???

 I am trying to receive am MP4 file using Gstreamer & streamed from VLC.

 Any help in this matter is welcomed.
