Help Setting PID for h264 stream for GOPRO

Hi all,

I would like to demux a h264 stream. I saw in older threads that the following pipeline has been used. 

How do I know what PID numbers to set? and why there are two different numbers?

gst-launch-1.0 -e -v udpsrc port=8554 ! tsdemux name=demux demux.video_1011 ! queue ! decodebin ! autovideosink demux.video_0200  ! videoconvert ! videoscale ! autovideosink

I will really appreciate any help regarding this matter,
