Hi,
I have encountered a problem when use rtsp-server as vod server.
The rtsp server send stream too fast when I use a pipeline as below:
./test-launch "filesrc location=a.m4v ! mpeg4videoparse ! rtpmp4vpay name=pay0"
The pipeline runs fast on PC so that the server send stream much faster than the actual framerate of the file.
But my player on another PC can not decode as fast as stream (almost 90Mbps).
So I call for help here.
Is there a way to slow down or control the speed of the server.
