How to do Video+Audio Live streaming in iPad using Gstreamer

Hi,

Is it possible to do Live Streaming of Video+Audio in iPad from iOS machine using GStreamer?

If yes,which protocol I can use RTP or HTTP?

Could someone please explain from where I can start it?

Ipad support live streaming, via http . You might want to look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_Live_Streaming

With respect to gstreamer, you need to create the hls segments, playlist and place them on your apache server, which can then be opened by the ipad client.

Thanks for the info.If I would like to do for iPod touch then what is the procedure?I have worked in Gstreamer in ubuntu machine.

Could you tell me any link from where I will get the steps how to use it in iOS or in iPod client ?How to use Gstreamer in iOS or iPod/iPad?
