How to do face, eye, finger recognition with GST please?

How can i use Gstreamer to recognize human face/eye/finger in a quick registration procedure. For example midnight buying train ticket from machine, or taking money from ATM machines. It will ask recognition procedure which may take maximum 1 minute. From next time, it will first recognize from central database of Bank, Train etc etc.. Regards Shamun
