How to use fast-forward / slow-motion when playing RTSP streaming

Dear all,

I want to use fast-forward and slow-motion when I play RTSP streaming with
rtspsrc.
I tried gst_element_seek() to change playing speed, but it doesn't seem to
work.
Anyone knows how to do it?
