ID3 timed metadata in HLS

Hi, is there any way how to inject ID3 timed metadata into mpegts stream used
for HLS? Single text at time 0 is enough. I have tried basic ID3v1 but some
players have troubles with that.

How do you intend insert ID3 metadata in TS stream? Shouldn't they be
inserted in m3u8 manifest of HLS?

I want to put some tag inside the file to be able to identify it. For example
if your colleague writes a faulty script that deletes few TB of data and you
have to recover that (happens to me). So far I have found this:
