Incorrect description of the return value?

In line 3328 of gstreamer-editing-services-1.14.2/ges/ges-timeline.c,
there is a gst_object_ref, but the document (and the comment) says the
return value is "transfer none". I think it should be "transfer full" in
the document or the gst_object_ref call should be removed. I'm not sure
if this is a bug. I'm new to GStreamer. Thanks.

Thanks for noticing this. Please report it in Bugzilla so this doesn't
get lost and instead gets fixed :)
