Hi, I tried to search for this exact issue within the archives but was unsuccessful.
My problem is that I am trying to transcode a video file present in my hard-drive and output the result into a new file, in the same drive. The issue is that, regardless of the input video file, I always get an initial video freeze effect which lasts about 1.5 seconds on the produced file. After that initial freeze, the video plays just fine on both VLC and Windows Films and TV app.
My pipeline is as follows:
gst-launch-1.0.exe -e filesrc location=C:\\video\\EO_7.mp4 ! decodebin name=decode ! videoscale ! videorate ! video/x-raw,width=854,height=480,framerate=25/1 ! x264enc pass=qual bitrate=2500 key-int-max=50 ! mpegtsmux ! filesink location=C:\\video\\out\\EO_7_out.ts
Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.
