Intel MSDK Text Overlay - Starter

Hi
Looking for starter codes - plugin or otherwise - to write a text overlay
plugin, using Intel MSDK. Any suggestions?

To burn the text in the stream, or to show subtitles on screen ?

Thank you for your reply. Plugin would overlay raw formatted text on a raw video stream, prior to re-encoding.( Similar to current text overlay, but using Intel's gpu.)
