Is there a way to force gstreamer to redraw after I resizing glimagesink

Hi,

   I use glimagesink on raspberry pi.    When I change the content, I resize the window, however sometimes I see the old content in the window at the wrong size.

Is there a way to force gstreamer to do a redraw, immediately after I do the resize, or should I be clearing the buffer myself ?
