JPG to hlssink

Hi All- Does JPG to hlssink work ? 

The idea is I have a camera that ONLY does JPG. I want gstreamer to ask the camera perhaps every second or two to update the image.   Will that work ?

HLS doesn't support Mjpeg. You'll have to transcode the video to H264 or H265
and then package it into HLS
