Jetson TX2 Deinterlace Top Parasiting

I use deinterlacing and I have fluctuation on top of the video.

What is optimum mode and methods for deinterlacing, is there anyone who uses
successfully it, how can I solve this fluctuation.

Usually this indicate the the field order is wrong. Try and flip the
signalled ordered. See GST_VIDEO_BUFFER_FLAG_TFF, when no flag is set,
bottom field first (BFF) is assumed.
