Jetson Tx2 Unable To Rewind While Recording With Omxh264dec or avdec_h264

Hello there:

I am Unable To Rewind While Recording with either of these elements, I can
fast-forward with no problem.

Is rewinding while recording not possible, is there anyone who did it, and
what is the problem here?
