Letter to Santa

Dear Santa Claus,
I've been a good boy for the whole year and more.
I would like to receive a little present for this Christmas: I would
like to see GStreamer [bug 783267] solved once and for all.
I hope you can persuade GStreamer developers to devote some of their
time to the resolution of this issue.

The mailing list is no bug tracker and mails like this are not going to
motivate anybody, and at least in my case got rid of any motivation at
all to look at it.

Check the Bugzilla ticket for progress, it also contains some outline
of how it could be fixed if someone wants to spend their time on it.

The Debian bug has the Bugzilla bug set as "forwarded-to", so will get
updated automatically. Nothing to be done here.

I liked it, I think it was friendly and funny. It also motivated me to
actually ask question and understand the problem. I don't have the time
right now to fix it, but seems like something I have the skill to fix.
