Need help on usage of rtpg927pay.

Could anybody please tell me a way to use RTPG729Pay? 

I have success sending/receiving G711 pay, but can not find the encoder/decoder of G729 payload.

Due to the patented nature of the G.729 codec, I don't believe there are
free encoder/decoders out there. The pay/depayloader in the tree were
tested against various non-free encoders.
