Need to stream from a fixed port on source device

Subodh
Hi All,
How can I configure gstreamer to stream from a fixed port on the source device.
I need this to ensure I can write my custom peer to peer protocol.
Libnice demands a third server to negotiate connections which is something I want to eliminate.
Looking forward to solutions and open to suggestions for alternative approach.
Thanks in advance.

You might want to create your own file descriptor & use fdsink to stream from fixed port ?

Best Luck
