for application developement  .

Hey Umang.
I see that you are looking at the right link. If you want PDF then use http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/documentation/ where GStreamer has kept PDF for Plugin developers as well as for Application Developers. This is the best online resource you have on internet, and I found it very useful when I started a month back with GStreamer Plugins.

What you intend to do with GStreamer - App or Plugin ? Choose your doc based on your needs.
For App programming you would need GNOME basics as well.
