New meson based plugin template

Hi,

I have put together a small project/plugin/element template helper:

https://github.com/ast/gst-make

It's heavily based on gstreamer-plugins-bad/tools

Very much work i progress. I hustled a bit to "ship" to see if people
actually find it useful. Feedback and pull requests are of course very
welcome.

After some iterations perhaps it could go into gst-devtools.

Out of curiosity, do you think porting the shell scripts to python would be difficult?

Thanks, hope people will find it usable...

I don't think it would be very difficult to port the shell scripts to python.
I have implemented it similar to git, so that each command is a
separate executable unit. They should be transparently replaceable.
