No vaapi feautures/plugins when 1.14 version is compiled and installed on Ubuntu 16.04

Hi, Guys,

          I try to compile 1.14 version of gstreamer and gstreamer-vaapi and
make it work on Ubuntu 16.04.

          After I got them compiled and installed, I found no vaapi
features/plugins are available.

          Here is what I got with gst-inspect-1.0 vaapi:

I tried two machines. The one with Intel integrated Graphics vaapi works,
another one with Nivida Graphics doens't show any features with vaapi
plugins .

I already got vdpau-va-driver installed and vdpauinfo returns is Okay on the
machine with Nvidia Graphics.

Shouldn't vaapi also support nividia graphics ? Is it a problem with
gst-vaapi 1.14 ?

No.

vdpau-va-driver is un-maintained and it has several unfixed problems.

For that reason we added a white list of backends in gstremaer-vaapi, and
vdpau-va-driver is not in that list.
