[OT] Book recommendation

Hi,

I have, hopefully, only slightly off topic question. I am using
gstreamer but I got to the point
where it is difficult to just improvise. So I am looking for some
solid material to learn from.
Any book/howto recommendation on video processing is highly appreciated.
