At the moment I am querying the stream caps (resolution and fps) when I
receive the first frame.
After a little research it seems like maybe adding a probe to a sink/source
element might be a better way to get the stream caps.
Any advice on the best way to obtain the stream caps? Any pointers to
related sample code (python) would also be appreciated.
