The GStreamer team is proud to announce a new major feature release in the
stable 1.x API series of your favourite cross-platform multimedia framework! This release has been in the works for half a year and is packed with new features, bug fixes and other improvements. The binaries for the 1.8.0 release for Android, iOS, Mac OS X and
Windows are also available now. Hi, I have attached a list of the dlls in my freshly installed x86_64/lib/gstreamer-1.0 directory. Some of the dlls you listed are missing, others are present.
If you let me know which plugins you are missing I will take a look to see if they have moved house

But you are right the "bad-plugins" are not missing in general. The msi installer installed "libgstautoconvert.dll and libgstcoloreffects.dll" for instance. Jens
