RTP Audio and video sync

hi all
i am using gstreamer-1.0
i am streaming audio and video with two different streams in RTP

alsasrc --> encode --> rtpl26pay --> udpsink port x
videosrc --> encode --> rtph464pay --> udpsink port y

now how can i achieve the sync on the decode end ?

also can i use two udpsinks in single bin ?

Don`t you need to put them in the same pipeline, so frames fill have the same timestamp.
