RTSP problems on windows

hi,
the rtsp problems on windows is very serious for us since currently
all of our program seg fault on windows (because one of these
problems). i'm just check bugzilla and find these reports:

is anybody working on these problems? or anybody has any kind of
progress or tips about it? if someone can point us to the right
direction where we should have to start etc.. then we try to fix them.

not a real solution but a workaround that works for me is connect to the
streams from a linux hosts and restream them via http, then souphttpsrc
or neonhttpsrc work fine on windows,
