RTSP video memory increase

killerrats
Administrator
I am watching a RTSP camera video. I have many processes going to view the
cameras on a grid. I notice that the memory will be increased when nobody
login to the PC. If I remote into the PC the memory will slowly decrease.
Anybody no why this would make a difference? It started out as 10-15
megabytes of memory per process. This would shoot up to 80+ megabytes
average per process in few days.

could it be because it doesn't have a way to display the images so it stores
in the queue until some body logs in to the computer?

Reason I ask is because it won't show video to the device until the user
logs in to the computer. if this is the case what would you do to make the
pipeline have a lower memory?
