Yes, but what decoder is used? ffdec_h264? a proprietary decoder? a
hardware-accelerated decoder on an embedded system?

Hello,

I can confirm the problem: we are using GStreamer 0.10.36 on Windows, with playbin2 / ffmpeg: when reversing playback of a matroska file with mpeg4 video, it works fine, but it doesn’t if the video is h264 encoded (just a still frame is displayed).
