Personally, I am against accepting patches from people without using
their name - even though I know it's trivial for them to give a false
one.

About every 2nd time I do a release, I have to spend a few minutes
googling to get a real name for the release notes, because I hate the
way aliases look in there.

Also, it's obviously a problem for keeping track of who actually owns
copyrights in GStreamer.

According to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=572993 it's
 Руслан Ижбулатов (Rooslan Izhboolatov).

Let's make sure to use that for all the pending patches from him.
