Hi,
It's not possible with mingw (because of base classes (because C++ and not C))
it's possible with msvc8, 9 (it's ok even if gstreamer core and base a re build with mingw)

You did responded my post someday on gstreamer's devel list, about the cross-compiling on dshow plugins. You said that is not possible to compile them because of C++ classes. But why? Could you explain to me? I really need to get gstreamer's video plugins to use on windows and I am kind of desperated. If you have any tip that is not "use gstreamer winbuilds", I will apreciate!
