Hi all,
I was looking into the GStreamer RTSP Server. I wanted to compile and run the existing code. I have downloaded the gstreamer-rtsp-sever using the command "git clone git://git.collabora.co.uk/git/gst-rtsp-server.git gst-rtsp-server". When I run the ./autogensh it gives me the following error: =============================================== + check for build tools checking for autoconf >= 2.52 ... found 2.61, ok. checking for automake >= 1.7 ... found 1.10, ok. checking for autopoint >= 0.11.5 ... not found. not found ! You must have autopoint installed to compile gst-rtsp. Download the appropriate package for your distribution, or get the source tarball at ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/gettext/ checking for libtoolize >= 1.5.0 ... found 1.5.24, ok. checking for pkg-config >= 0.8.0 ... found 0.22, ok. - Please get the right tools before proceeding. - Alternatively, if you're sure we're wrong, run with --nocheck. =============================================== Could someone help me regarding the same. Thanks in advance. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SF.Net email is Sponsored by MIX09, March 18-20, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Hi,
You need to have the gettext-devel package installed to build the server. Christian On Mon, 2008-12-08 at 11:00 +0530, Jyoti D wrote: > Hi all, > > I was looking into the GStreamer RTSP Server. Hi, gstreamer-devel:
1. Make sure the "autopoint" is in your PATH and you can run it in terminal. 2. Run "autopoint --version" and make sure the version >= 0.11.5 which your RTSP server requires. Thanks for the info. Could someone provide some information on GStreamer RTSP server.
I read the README file it says Currently there is no configuration tools for this serverI would be thankful if I can get more information on how to run GStreamer RTSP server and what changes I can make in the "src/rtsp-media.c" file.
