Reminder: next core/base/good release cycle starts in two weeks

Hi,

quick public service announcement: as per

 http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/wiki/ReleasePlanning2010

core/base/good releases are scheduled for the second half of April, so
these modules will be frozen for commits around Friday April 9th, which
is in two weeks.
